May 26th, 2010 – Seth Carson Announces Candidacy

Seth Carson (D-Laramie) announced his candidacy for a second term in the Wyoming House of Representatives.  “Running for second term is as much a second chance at finding solutions to certain continuing issues, as it is implementing learned political skill, capitalizing on new partnerships, and having the knowhow on how to get’r done.”

Carson’s campaign intends to focus on keeping the state clean of negative election time partisanship.  He hopes to foster more long-term budget and energy plan conversations with other legislative colleagues this election season.  In addition, there will be stepped up efforts in monitoring the rights of the environment and sportsman issues.  Lastly, Carson believes: “Preparation for the needs of future generations in the great State of Wyoming is where I can make a difference.”

I am hopeful about the future and look forward to the election in 2010.
